All WhimsyPaws products are made to order by our UK and EU-based print partners. Because each item is printed fresh for you, please allow a little extra time compared to off-the-shelf retailers.

Estimated delivery times (from order to doorstep):

• UK: 5–10 working days
• Europe: 7–14 working days
• Rest of world: 10–20 working days

Production typically takes 2–5 working days, with shipping on top. Delivery times may vary during busy periods (especially around Christmas).

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your basket.

Customs & duties (international orders): Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
