Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take? All our products are made to order, so please allow 5–10 working days for UK delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Are your products made in the UK? Many of our products are printed and shipped from the UK, including our journals, cushion covers, and textiles. Some items are produced by our EU-based print partners to ensure the best quality for each product type.

Can I return an item? Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if anything arrives damaged or with a printing error, we'll replace it or refund you — just email us within 14 days with a photo of the issue.

How do custom pet portraits work? Choose your portrait style, upload a clear photo of your pet at checkout, and we'll create a bespoke watercolour artwork from your image. We aim to complete portraits within 5–7 working days. You'll receive a digital preview before we print, so you can request tweaks if needed.

What photo should I send for a custom portrait? A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus. Front-facing or slight angle works best. Avoid heavy filters or very dark photos.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times outside the UK are typically 7–20 working days depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.

What paper are your prints on? Our art prints are produced on premium art paper with a subtle texture that brings out the watercolour detail beautifully.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe? Yes — our ceramic mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe, and the print won't fade.

I have a breed you don't sell yet — can you add it? We're adding new breeds regularly! Drop us a message and let us know which breed you'd love to see. The most requested breeds get added first.
