Returns & Refunds
Because every WhimsyPaws product is made to order and printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We don't hold stock — each item is freshly printed and shipped directly from our specialist print partners.
However, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there's a printing error, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund:
Please email hello@whimsypaws.art with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
What we cover:
- Items damaged during shipping
- Printing errors or quality issues
- Wrong item sent
What we can't cover:
- Change of mind (due to made-to-order production)
- Slight colour variations between screen and print (this is normal with all printed products)
- Items damaged after delivery through normal use
Custom Pet Portraits: As these are bespoke artworks created from your photo, we cannot offer refunds on completed portraits. However, if you're not happy with the result, we'll work with you to make revisions before printing.
